How can i reduce chronic daily eye strain, with headaches, which escalate when i drive or watch tv for 30 minutes+? i have current lens/contact .

Dry eyes: Your eyes are probably dry. The contact lenses make this worse. When you concentrate on a visual task you tend to blink less, bringing out dryness. Try frequent artificial tears or contact lens rewetting drops and your eye strain should improve.
