Take routine breaks: Studies have shown that the most efficient study and work habits require a 5-10 minute break at least every 2 hours. This gives the body and brain time to restore energy levels and metabolize lactic acid and other metabolites that build up during intense study or computer work. Try to develop a habit of taking a break and take a brisk walk, converse with friends (not on the computer), etc.
