Possible: Headaches can be caused from eye strain. If you haven't had your eyes check recently, start with getting an eye exam. If you have had a recent eye exam, see a primary care doctor to manage your headaches.

Re-check: I recommend that you re-check your eye glasses. It could be that the prescription is more or less than what you need and may be causing your headaches.
