I have a wound , it is not healing up . extra skin keeps on coming . it is present on toe, i suspect some pus is also present near the affected site . what should i do ? is silver x heal effective ?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. A non healing ulcer may be due to underlying bone infection. It may require x-ray or other tests to sort it out. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
