See Your Dentist: When teeth move, they usually move toward the middle of the mouth. The lower front teeth are commonly at the center of the movement and since they are smaller, they tend to get more crowded and out of position. You should see a dentist. Maybe you simply need your teeth cleaned. It may be due to new teeth erupting. You won't know without a thorough exam.

Shifting: Your teeth are probably shifting, especially if you have a malocclusion. Please see your Dentist. You may need some care. The pains a flag your body is waving telling you to seek care, not to ignore it. Pain killers will only mask the symptoms, not cure the cause. Please see your Dentist.
