I had chemo today around 12 today. its 6pm here now. i shaved my facial hair. i washed it with standard soap that they provided after shaving. my skin was kinda red. should i be ok?

Irritation: It sounds like irritation exacerbated by meds received for chemo/ chemo prep/ specifically steroids. Monitor for resolution, if persists have your oncologist take a look at rash, some of newer drugs may cause an acne type facial rash.
