Anxiety: In my experience, shortness of breath caused by anxiety usually occurs at rest rather than with exertion. I recommend an evaluation by a physician, cardiologist or pulmonologist to check for anemia, heart or lung causes of shortness of breath brought on by exertion.

ANXIETY: You may be more anxious when you go outside because of the Covid-19 pandemic. 1st have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. If you are cleared consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with ZOOM & a Psychiatrist for medication. Stay safe, cautious & hold on to hopefulness to elevate your immune system.
