1st step is checkup: First step is to have a physical check up. Your doctor will decide if you need an EKG &chest x-ray. Once you are sure that all is O.K physically you can address the anxiety attacks. You will then want to talk with a therapist to determine if there are any reasons for the attacks and if there are any techniques can be learned to reduce or eliminate the anxiety. Medication may also be helpful.
