Severe eczema: Weeping rash in this young age should be seen in an office and best to see ur pediatrician and ask for a referral to a dermatologist. Also they now have blood tests for allergen testing so you do not have to wait for the baby tog et older for skin testing to see what measures will help with the eczema.
