Blepharitis MGD: White bumps on my upper eyelid are often due to the meibomian glands being clogged (such as an early sty) often due to the normal bacteria of our body getting into the glands (blepharitis). This can also cause the eyelids to get stuck together. See http://eyedoc2020.Blogspot.Com for help on how to treat (how to clean eyes).
