Visit you doctor: Hi. Those symptoms you mention (pain, inflammation) are concerning for an infection of the eyelid. Try to keep your hands clean and wash the area with an antibacterial soap. If you don't see any improvement or the symptoms gets worse, visit your doctor as soon as possible for antibiotic treatment.
