ER can evaluate: One's usual choices are to call the local Poison Control, take the child to the ER, or to call 911 (local emergency number) for the ambulance. Poison Control may say to call 911. Realize that calling for help is proper thing to do, but each incident is somewhat unique. Should keep the bottle to show the ER doctor. Tell them how much was inside the bottle, how much was drunk, how much remained.
