Probably safe: The interaction of these drugs with COVID-19 is theoretical. So far there doesn't seem to be harm, and the advice from most experts is to continue them. For sure don't stop them just because of potential risk. However, if the problem requiring ACE inhibitors or ARBs (e.g. high blood pressure, heart failure) isn't a problem in someone with COVID-19, some doctors might stop treatment until recovery.
