What advice would you give to 23 year old women that preform monthly exams? i dont have any lumps or anything, but i am always wondering what feels abnormal since the breast is lumpy and bumpy in itself? will you know when youve found something?

Put your tongue: against your check, now feel your tongue with two or three fingertips, thru your check. Lumps/masses tend to stand out like this, try this self test, next you perform self-breast exam, comparing in this fashion, will help build your confidence. If a lump is found talk to your doctor for an exam/testing.
