Bottle tooth decay?: A dentist can give the best advice. Probably s/he would advise limiting sugar intake and especially not to sleep with a bottle with milk, juice, sugared soft drink, etc.. Brush teeth twice daily amd use fluoride-containing toothpaste. See https://www.deltadentalins.com/oral_health/baby_bottle.html or other sites (google "baby bottle tooth decay").

Stop Bottle: Is your child still using a bottle? Many parents don't realize that letting their child sleep with a bottle of milk or juice just bathes the teeth with sugar, hours on end. Once decay starts, it needs to be eradicated. Please bring your child to a pediatric dentist for treatment.
