Heat a humidity: The virus is sensitive to heat and humidity. I am unaware that there is any difference between outside or inside.

COVID 19: Heat and humidity do make a difference for SARS-CoV-2 survival time. Wind could also impact transmission. Infection is more likely to occur in poorly ventilated, crowded and confined spaces.
