i woke up the other day with soreness in my left rib cage. i do stretches (leaning with arm over head) and i can feel it pulling. could this happen from sleeping funny or from dancing a week ago or from bad posture? should i be concerned

Mgt: From your description and history, I think musculo-skeletal pain is likely. Motrin, rest and a heating pad may provide relief. If you are still experiencing pain, a visit with your PCP is suggested.
