It sounds like you are really having a rough go of it - If you have a psychiatrist and/ or therapist - this is the time to reach out and to get help. Many behavioral health providers are seeing patients through telehealth.

Talk to psychologist: Bipolar disease is comprised of manic episodes where the person feels full of boundless energy and able to do anything and depressive episodes where their energy is very low and they don't want to do anything. Sometimes heartbreaking or difficult situations can make people feel down or sad for a prolonged period. Mostly these people need to talk to a professional who can give them coping tools
