Hormones/steroids: Penis shrinkage can be caused by a variety of things, but is mostly temporary. Factors such as age, weight gain, prostate problems, meds/drugs (adderall, antidepressants, antipsychotics), smoking (which damages blood vessels) and hypertension (which damages the elasticity of the blood vessels) can all be reversed. Chemicals in the water should also be considered.
