Chronic lung ds.: Chronic lung disease does place a patient in a higher risk category for complications. If you are fully recovered and otherwise well, use standard precautions as outlined by Public Health and the CDC to avoid COVID 19. These include staying at home, keeping hands and surfaces clean and avoiding contact with other people.

See below: you risk of contracting the virus depends upon your exposure - don't know if you have diabetes, CV disease etc. - two things might make you at more risk - your age, and if the pneumonia left you with some lung damage - your pneumonia was complicated by a pleural effusion which problably increases your chances of lung damage - making getting the virus more dangerous

COVID 19: Have you had a complete recovery? Have you suffered from sequela? Do you have pulmonary scarring? If you have completely recovered and do not have any chronic respiratory issues, you could be just fine. Your doctor, who knows your history, should be able to give you a more definitive answere.
