Generic D3: Get the cheapest generic vitamin d3 you can at a pharmacy or discount store. You generally want to take 2000 units/day, which will normalize levels in about 90 days. If you need calcium, try some of the otc brands, depending upon your dietary calcium levels and needs for supplements. Take w/meals to avoid problems. D can also be taken 10k/week and 50k/month, but not as effective.
