Not to worry: a tilted (or retroverted) uterus, may create more pressure on your bladder in the first trimester. This can result in difficulty urinating, or even a little leakeage. As the pregnancy progresses, the uterus changes shape and during the second trimester the pressure and difficulty urinating is relieved. During the third trimester the size of the baby causes renewed pressure and frequent urination.
