Yep: The symptoms you describe are common in pregnancy. If you have had unprotected sex in the last few weeks, you could very well be pregnant. If your home pregnancy test is negative, see your doctor for evaluation.

Possibly, but..: These are also symptoms of just the normal monthly changes we as menstruating women experience around that time of the month as well. Could just be part of your "normal" cycle. If you had unprotected sex in the last month, it may not hurt to check a pregnancy test as well, but my guess is it's the normal hormonal changes most of us experience month to month. Could also consider UTI?
