I am 15 weeks pregnant and i have a tilted uterus. i have noticed twice this week i woke up in the middle of the night to urinate and i found it difficult to do so. i had to try push it out, even though i needed to urinate badly. what should i do?

Urine: Probably related to pressure on urethra as it exits the bladder. This is because of the increase size of your uterus. At 15 weeks you are leaving the pelvis. Let your OB know. People can develop urethral strictures, but I would expect you would to have complained of troubles urinating prior to pregnancy too.
