Yes: For certain, if 'tilted uterus' is the only problem you have, you will be able to get pregnant. This is 100% a myth that should've gone away by now.

Yes: A tilted uterus alludes to the positioning of the uterus. The uterus can be position forward , straight up-and-down or backwards. It's similar to being left-handed or right-handed. The positioning should not affect conception.
