No worries: Globus pharyngeus is the sensation of something stuck in your throat. It isn't likely that you still have something stuck, but irritation from food going down in a rough way can cause globus. If you have good insurance, it's reasonable to see an ENT or GI doc now- otherwise wait and it will likely go away in a couple of days. I would take Prilosec /etc for a few days too, as reflux can contribute.
