Too long- ENT: Multiple upper respiratory issues which may be allergic or infectious in nature. I strongly advise an ENT evasluation and an allergic medical workup.

Ears with fluid?: Are the fluid filled ears per your physician? Does this imply you have a chronic otitis media? I would recommend being seen by ENT for a more definitive diagnosis. Something doesn't seem quite right. Not sure about burning pain under the chin except to say perhaps some blood work for B12, folate, or vitamin D may relieve some correctable deficiencies.
