I get no answers, i hit my head with the side of the fridge 4 days ago and i was fine all day but these 2days i've been getting lightheadne when i'm doing effort, i just want to know is it likely to be something serious or just low blood pressure ?

Lightheadeness: Is frequently seen in postconcussional states. A different cause, specifically if lightheadeness present before concussion cannot be ruled out and hypotension among many other conditions can cause lightheadedness.
