Heart beat between: 60 and 80 is normal. This is unlikely to be cardiac. Yawning could represent higher than usual vagal tone from GI issues. Otherwise these symptoms are not specific and will most likely go away if you stop worrying about them.

Unclear question: You have apparently been evaluated and do not have an organic cause for your symptoms. You may wish to discuss with your doctor that you may be depressed. Depression is not a moral failing but a chemical imbalance in the brain that is treatable. Wish you good health! For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
