Pulsation: You may be feeling the pulsation of arteries in the ear if the pulsation is synchronous with your pulse which can be palpated with your index finger placed just in front of your ear. It is recommended that you have your physician check your blood pressure to make sure it's not elevated and also to confirm what you are feeling. Your symptom may be more of a nuisance rather than anything serious.
