Yesterday i woke up with a red spot on the bottom of my lip i thought it was nothing but then today its has become a little bigger and has turned yellow what do u do and is it serious im quite scared?

See dermatologist: although it is prob nothing serious, suggest that you see dermatologist , esp if remains present for several more days. It would be difficult to assess w/o pics and additional hx.
