Just 7 words?: With only 7 words and no details, here are some thoughts. A person in her 70's with skin wrinkles on her hands is not unusual. After over 70 years of sunshine, skin will be wrinkled. Depending on how much exposure to irritants and solar radiation she had, on the care she gave her hands, and her genetic factors, her skin may be more wrinkled that her peers' skin. Consult on video camera if worried.
