Wrong on both counts: Here's what to think from now on (for anyone in such a situation): in normal everyday life, washing gently and briefly, with just water, is usually fine. To be more thorough, or to get oily stuff off, a mild soap is helpful. Do not wash skin "vigorously" or for "a long time" because that damages skin and allows chemicals and germs to get into the skin. Skin wrinkles happen over time due to aging.
