Dry skin: Your skin is dry and irritated. Avoid excessive hand washing or doing dishes. Apply plain vaseline and it should be better within days.

Approximately 3 months ago, I noticed tiny bumps on the top of both my hands, but only in a patch. The skin will sometimes return almost to normal, but then will become red, dry looking, and itchy. Also have a somewhat similar patch on my calf now.
