There are cheaper...: Handwashing is important for personal hygiene and public health. There are cheaper and legal ways to wash hands. Cocaine can be absorbed, but nobody can tell how much, in a particular case in a particular person. That said, using cocaine water to wash one's hands means the cocaine is going down the drain and not being absorbed... but still sounds like a strange and illegal activity.
