Home from icu two days ago three blood clots in my lungs i am on blood thinners. yesterday i start experiencing leg pain in my right calf shooting up my leg to my groin area feels like poor circulation should i be worried about another clot.

YES: Symptom you are describing can easily be another clot eithersuperficial or deep in your leg. Given your recent history you need to get checked ASAP to make sure that is not the problem!
