Diagnosis?: Treating pain without having a diagnosis is extremely dangerous. The anti-spasmodic is contraindicated if there is for example a small bowel obstruction. Please tell me what kind of evaluation she has had? Has she had a pelvic ultrasound? What are the symptoms does she have? Vaginal discharge? Bowel changes? Other symptoms? Please share this information so we can better help her.
