Hi, i've got an anal fissure and for the past 5 days now it's been hurting quiet a bit, the pain has become so uncomfortable and unbearable even when i'm not using the toilet, there is no blood, i have tried a suppository but to no avail, it hurts?

Colorectal surgeon: I recommend consulting a colorectal surgeon for evaluation,treatment and follow-up. I'm concerned that you may have a perirectal abscess which would be best treated by a colorectal surgeon. Also, appropriate follow-up is crucial for best results.
