Hot and cold feeling: First, check you temperature during these times to determine whether you're running fevers. If so, infection is the usual cause although some malignancies can cause fever and sweats. Nocturnal sweating may also be from too hot an environment or too heavy bed clothes or pajamas. See your MD as needed for evaluation.
