Sweating: Localised sweating where skin touches skin in warmish conditions is not unusual or necessarily indicative of pathology. Heavy and generalized night sweats is a different matter and can be seen in fever, infections, estrogen deficiency, hyperthyroidism and malignancies as well as taking Tylenol (acetaminophen) or aspirin products at bedtime.
