It is the 3rd week my wife has had very bad headaches. she has taken panado, grandpas to no effect. she took a migraine kit yesterday and two today with limited relief. the pharmacy suggested we consult a doctor?

Agree see Dr: Persistent headaches that don’t get much better with the medications you listed should definitely be evaluated by a Dr: thorough history & physical exam (with good neurological exam) is critical, & Dr can decide about trying other meds or possibly CT scan or MRI to be sure nothing serious. Stress, sinus pressure, eye problems, & other things can cause headaches. Dr can tell which one.
