Hi i have daughter who is 3yrs and months ,she is tall for her age 107cm and weight is 27kgs,could you please recommend a healthy diet plan for her ,she loves dairy (milk and yoghurts )how much should she be having ?

Growth chart: At this age children should have a balanced diet with at least 5 fruits and vegetables per day, lean sources or protein, including beans, skinless chicken. 2-3 glasses or milk per and sources of vitamin D and Calcium should be provided per day. Avoid junk food, candy, soda and fried foods. Exercise and playing outdoors is suggested. Please follow up and review your daughter's growth chart w M.D.
