Monitor temp/PCP: Continue to check his temperature. Provide only clear liquids for one day and then re introduce solids slowly. Avoid dairy products. He may have a stomach viral infection, food poisoning or another condition. The pain should be evaluated by a physician and an imaging study may be ordered. Watch for vomiting, diarrhea, fever, dehydration and any blood or change in his elimination. See M.D. please.
