Fissure, hemorrhoid: At your age this sounds like an anal fissure which is a tear of the lining of the outlet. Hemorrhoids rarely cause real pain unless one gets a blood clot which would be a hard lump at outlet and hurt all the time not just with BM. Sit in warm water, increase fluid intake and take fiber/stool softener and should improve within next several days.
