Need a visit to GI: First of all you should go to your pCP/or ER .without HX & P/E ,I cannot confirm any Dx!! Bleeding may result in bright red blood in the stool as well as maroon ... the toilet water pink or observing spots of blood on the tissue paper after they wipe. .... Diverticulitis causes abdominal pain, fever and tenderness usually in the left .Aproximately 1 in 20 people will get hemorrhoids at some point
