Hi what is left pre- frontal cortical signal changes? its been shown on my mri but no one has explained it ive got cortical dysplasia and epilepsy and borderline opening pressure

FCD: Prefrontal cortical changes can show areas of dysplasia in your age group. This means there is an area that did not form properly when you were born. It is associated with epilepsy. Please see a neurologist and neurosurgeon to see what your best options would be depending on the frequency of the seizures.
