Talk to your doctor : It is best to discuss your results with your doctor. The clinical significance of this result depends on your history & physical in conjunction with your presenting symptoms. There are a few causes of frontal cortical atrophy. I would be encouraged by the word "mild". Your doctor may decide to follow you with serial MRI's over time. Best wishes.
