Talk to your doctor.: Seroquel (quetiapine) is considered a "category c" drug, meaning not recommended in pregnancy because of adverse outcomes in animal testing. Seroquel (quetiapine) appears to increase the risk of miscarriage in animal studies. But discuss this at length with your prescriber to decide what is best both for you and your baby.
