Possibly: Eczema and allergies/asthma are often tied together with regards to the immune system. I wouldn’t say the eczema directly caused the asthma though. For the feet, it can often be a combination of eczema (dry skin) or fungal skin infection. The topical medications you tried are often not strong evough. Prescription strength medications may be needed.
