I got eczema on my palms and feet. its really itchy at times. and dry. i use bio oil. creams. lotions. Epimax. even steroid creams such as dovate. no luck no change. Also due to it being on the palms creams dont stay on. Can u help?

Eczema: Continue to see your dermatologist. Please avoid any creams that contain alcohol because it drys the skin. Ask doc about upping your oil intake such as coconut oil, fish oil, olive oil to lube from the inside. Please ask about sensitivity to foods, your doc can lab test. Peace and good health.
